Aberdeen School District

Mrs. Sherlonda Boyd is the "Employee of the Week" for Aberdeen Elementary.  Mrs. Boyd has served in the Aberdeen School District for 14 years.  She is married to Napoleon Boyd and is the mother of five children.  Mrs. Boyd is always willing to do what is necessary to ensure AES runs like a well-oiled machine.  Over the years at AES she has handled countless responsibilities such as snack distribution, uniform closet organization, morning duty, and PBIS activities to name a few.  Her most important responsibility has been the instructional time she has provided to thousands of students throughout the years.  She is such a valued member of AES because she is willing to teach the WHOLE child and connect with them emotionally in order to see them to be academically successful.  We are proud to call Mrs. Boyd a member of the AES staff and she is deserving of the title of "Employee of the Week."
