Rita F. Pierson’s quote exemplifies my philosophy of education; every child deserves a champion. I believe that education is a unique experience for every child that enters my classroom. I strive to facilitate learning and growth academically, personally, and ethically. By setting these goals as a priority, my goal for each student is that when children leave my classroom, they have the foundational tools to achieve success as a student, have a successful career, serve their family and community, and become a champion of others. I hope that each of my children realize, I am their champion.
