• The Mississippi P-EBT Call Center continues to operate Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.

• Parents can reach the call center at 1-833-316-2423.

• MDE and MDHS are working together to resolve all outstanding P-EBT review requests as quickly as possible. Parents do not need to resubmit those requests.

• Parents who have questions or concerns about their child’s P-EBT benefits who have not reported those issues through the call center have until March 1, 2023 to submit an address update or eligibility review request.

• Model message for parents: The deadline for requesting an address update or eligibility review for the 2022 round of P-EBT is Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Requests that have already been submitted through the P-EBT Call Center will continue to be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.
