Observed each year on June 19, Juneteenth serves as an opportunity to reflect on our nation's history, honor those who paved the way for future generations, and reaffirm our commitment to learning, understanding, and unity.
We wish our students, families, staff, and community a meaningful Juneteenth as we celebrate the values of freedom, hope, and opportunity for all.

We are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of the Aberdeen High School Class of 2026 on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Roy E. Hazzle Gymnasium.
Please review the important information below before arriving:
• Doors will be locked promptly at 5:55 p.m. and will not re-open.
• Everyone over the age of 1 must have a school-issued ticket for entry.
• A clear bag policy will be enforced.
• Balloons will not be allowed inside the building to avoid obstructing the view of others.
• Guests may enter through two designated entry points based on seating assignments.
Can’t attend in person? The ceremony will be streamed live on Facebook Live for family and friends to enjoy.
